Rotational Eating Grain Dinner
Join us for an evening of inspired eating and learning about how farmers can build a regenerative rotation to improve both soil health and the taste of your food. This 5-course dining experience will feature 5 “chef-led teams” that are partnered with the next generation of culinary innovators from the Fanshawe Culinary Program. Chefs and students will partner to work with one featured grain to form a soil building rotation. You will learn first hand what your food looks like in the fields across SW Ontario and hear from the chefs who created the dishes and the farmers who produced them. If last year’s inaugural event is any indication, this will be an epic night sure to wow any foodies’ palate!
This meal will also feature a non-optional meat dish because it is about regenerating soil.
Note: Cash Bar featuring local craft beer, spirits and non alcoholic beverages to expand your understanding of grain.
